Both Chris and Doug went above and beyond to help with my unexpected tire issue, using my tire and wheel warranty on my 2024 GMC Terrain (that I just love!!). They suggested I bring my vehicle in early, arranged a loaner vehicle so I could get to my job an hour away and also suggested taking care of my oil change and tire rotation while it was in the shop all day! I arrived back, just in time before closing, and everything was all set including Doug applying coupons for the best rate!
